SPECIAL CONDITIONS
To ensure your utmost health and safety, we are regretfully unable to provide treatments for guests with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, hair extensions, or facial thread lifts. Furthermore, due to the use of electroporation during our serum infusion, guests with metal allergies or pacemakers are ineligible for this specific part of the treatment. Additionally, guests who have undergone hair transplants require explicit approval from their physician prior to receiving treatments. Moreover, due to the unique architectural design of our salon featuring steps, we may be unable to safely welcome guests with limited mobility.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within this 12-hour window, as well as no-shows, will incur the full service fee, as your time is exclusively reserved for you.
ARRIVAL TIME
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, subject to availability. Please note that no modifications, discounts, or refunds will be issued in these cases.
AGE REQUIREMENT
We are delighted to welcome junior guests for scalp treatments when accompanied by an adult. For their comfort and safety, a minimum height of 130 cm (approx. 4 feet 3 inches) is required to fully enjoy our spa facilities.
