Founded on the concept of Cleansing to Fulfill the Mind and Body, we are a head spa salon located at Ginza 5-chome. There are mainly two categories of scalp and hair concerns today. One category is hair loss, thinning hair, gray hair, and sagging cheeks due to aging and stress. The other category is eye fatigue, stiff shoulders, overworked brain, etc. often from using smartphones. We developed an original method called customized scalp treatment to tackle our clients’ scalp and beauty concerns with highly specialized treatments.

Kläre is a German word for “crystal clear.” Our salon was named Kläre as a homage to the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), the birthplace of Grimm's Fairy Tales located in Southwestern Germany, a country known for advanced medical care. Once threatened with extinction by acid rain, it is said that the forest recovered on its own with its amazing vitality.

We offer private rooms featuring natural materials that make you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel room. They offer a space for satisfying your five senses, where you can spend a relaxing, special time just for yourself.

We offer three types of treatment. The high-concentration human stem cell scalp treatments mainly focus on treating hair loss and thinning hair. The human stem cell relaxation scalp treatments mainly focus on treating eye fatigue, hardened scalp, and stiff neck and shoulders. Though it varies from person to person, our clients experience an improvement in scalp smell and flat hair conditions after the first treatment. As for hair growth, the treatment needs to be done continuously. Owing to the hair growth cycle, many clients see results in 3 to 6 months. Though there is some difference depending on how frequently you receive treatment, we offer advice on visit frequency and home care for clients who want to see further results.

The basic elements for stimulating hair regrowth and growth are to thoroughly cleanse pores, condition the scalp, and supply generous amounts of high-quality nutrients. Providing these elements at a highly specialized level, our customized scalp treatment is highly effective. The treatment involves thorough cleansing and concentrated ingredients, using advanced cleansing technology and high-concentration human stem cell culture.

Our original scalp serum Scalp Serum Pro contains 95.8% human stem cell culture that is cultured with a special method. Also containing 1% exosomes, the serum works on cells weakened by aging and their vicinity, supporting the cells to recover on their own. It conditions the scalp, supporting hair regrowth conditions focusing on the strength of hair to regenerate. The serum includes beneficial ingredients for not only the scalp but also your hair, leading to beautiful hair while treating the scalp.

Our high-concentration hydrogen cleansing washes away active oxygen, said to be one of the causes of aging, by using electrolysis technology to dissolve molecular hydrogen in water at a high concentration. This treatment firms and moisturizes the scalp, resetting it to healthy conditions. This improvement in scalp conditions leads to the stimulation of hair growth and regrowth. Since the hydrogen is partially absorbed by the skin, this treatment is also effective for anti-aging* and relieving fatigue. With aging often comes poor circulation but you can also expect improvements in blood circulation from this treatment.
