QDo I need to book?
AWe are a reservation-only salon. You can book on the day, but there may be no open slots.

QWhat is your cancellation policy?
ACancellation is free up until 19:00 of the day before your appointment. If cancelled thereafter, you will be charged 100% of the full session price, regardless of whether you inform us or not. If you cancel without notifying us, you will no longer be able to book in the future.
QI’m going to be late for the appointment. What should I do?
AIf you’re going to be late for the appointment, please call us in advance. When you arrive late, we might have to shorten your session. In this case, you cannot change the menu, or get a discount or refund on the session.
QYou offer so many courses. I don’t know which one to choose.
AIf you are visiting us for the first time, we recommend the Scalp Treatment Trial Course as a way to get to know our treatments. During your visit, a head spa technician will ask you about your concerns, symptoms, and budget, and recommend the best course for you.
QI’ve never been to a head spa salon. Do I need to take anything with me to the session?
AWe have a variety of styling products but if you use a special styling product, please bring it with you. If you’d like to change into comfortable clothing for the session, we lend gowns, etc.
QI just dyed and permed my hair at a hair salon. Is there any problem with getting a scalp treatment?
AThere are no safety issues if your scalp is not irritated. Nevertheless, as with washing your hair at home, the dye may run and the perm may loosen. Also, since dyes and perms do not settle immediately, your dye or perm conditions may drastically change depending on their type. We are not liable for any changes to hair dye or perm conditions that occur following our scalp treatment.
QMy skin is sensitive. Can I get a scalp treatment?
AWe offer patch tests of our hair care products for people with sensitive skin during the consultation session. Please let us know if you have sensitive skin.
QCan I get my hair dried and styled?
AAfter blow-drying your hair, our head spa technician will help you style your hair. You can also style it yourself at a dressing table.
QHow long will it take in total?
AIn addition to the duration of each course, it will take about 50 to 80 minutes as shown below.
– The consultation session, scalp check, and menu description at the beginning: about 30 min.
– Blow-dry and style (the duration will depend on the volume and length of your hair), post-treatment consultation session, and payment: about 20 to 50 min.
QWill I be treated in a private room?
AWe have 3 private rooms where you can relax while receiving the treatment. We can treat up to 3 clients at the same time slot. If you’d like to book a time slot with 1 or 2 more people, give us a call.
QDo you treat men?
AWe have many male clients. We look forward to your visit.
QCan I choose a head spa technician?
AYes, you can choose a technician with an additional charge.
QHow can I pay?
AWe offer the following payment methods:

– E-money (PayPay, QUICPay, ID, transport IC cards)
QCan I give your treatment as a gift to family and friends?
